Queensland forward Aidan Guerra has overcome a knee complaint suffered in State of Origin III and will take his place in the Sydney Roosters' side against Cronulla on Monday.

Guerra suffered a knee injury late in game three on Wednesday, but will be fit to take on the Sharks in the final game of the NRL's 19th round at Allianz Stadium as the visitors chase 14 wins in a row.

Roosters coach Trent Robinson also confirmed on Sunday, the Roosters' other Origin star NSW winger Blake Ferguson will play against Cronulla, despite not being named for the Tricolours on Tuesday.
